Washington, D.C., June 2026 — United States.

The U.S. Department of State has released the June 2026 Visa Bulletin. In it, the EB-3 category for all countries except India, China and the Philippines remains at the priority date of June 1, 2024 — unchanged from previous months. Vietnam falls under this group.

EB-3 details for June 2026

According to the Final Action Dates chart of the June 2026 Visa Bulletin, the EB-3 cutoffs are as follows: China August 1, 2021; India December 15, 2013; the Philippines August 1, 2023; and all other countries remain at June 1, 2024. The EB-3 Other Workers category (unskilled labor) stands at February 1, 2022 for most countries.

USCIS has also announced that employment-based adjustment of status applicants in June 2026 must use the Final Action Dates chart, not the Dates for Filing chart.

Context and reasons for holding steady

The June 2026 Visa Bulletin notes that immigrant visa issuance rates for certain countries have declined recently. The Department of State said the cutoff dates were adjusted in previous months to accommodate visa demand from other countries using the remaining immigrant visa numbers for fiscal year 2026.

The bulletin also warns that if immigrant visa demand rises again, or if administrative measures are adjusted, retrogression (moving dates backward) may be necessary in coming months to keep visa issuance within the annual quota limits.

Vietnam falls under the All Chargeability group

For Vietnamese nationals, the applicable EB-3 cutoff is the All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed column — currently at June 1, 2024. This cutoff applies only to those with a priority date before this point.

The Visa Bulletin is published monthly and may change each period. Those with pending EB-3 cases should check the latest Visa Bulletin at travel.state.gov and the USCIS Adjustment of Status Filing Charts page for updates.
